New England Conservatory (2012-current)

Mr. Major is currently on the faculty of the New England Conservatory of Music (NEC) where he is Chair of Opera Studies. As chair he oversees all elements of the graduate opera program, teaches and stage directs. Productions include: The North American Premiere of Rossini's La Gazzetta, The Turn of the Screw, Dido and Aeneus, La Perichole, Cendrillon, The Cunning Little Vixen, Cosi fan tutti and Die Fledermaus.
